Our verdict on Teloz IVR

Teloz IVR is a cloud-based interactive voice response system for US businesses and operations teams. It combines multi-level IVR menus, DTMF input, natural-language voice recognition, CRM-aware branching, queues, skills-based routing, scheduling, audio prompts, and call-flow analytics. The visual drag-and-drop flow builder is designed for creating and publishing call flows without code, while REST APIs and webhooks support call automation, recordings, transcripts, and external-system integrations. Web, iOS, Android, API, and Chrome coverage gives teams several ways to access and extend the service.

Pricing makes Teloz IVR accessible to smaller teams while offering a clear path to broader capabilities. The Free plan includes 100 minutes of US/Canada calling, 50 SMS segments, one local DID, 25 AI receptionist minutes per month, and mobile apps. Starter costs $7.99 per user per month when billed monthly and adds unlimited US/Canada calling, business SMS and MMS, call queues, CNAM, and an AI assistant. Professional is $15.99 per user per month and adds Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho integrations, 30-day call recording, 100 AI receptionist minutes, and an omnichannel inbox. Enterprise costs $25.99 per user per month and adds a predictive auto-dialer, advanced AI, one-year call recording, and Analytics Pro dashboards.

The product’s strongest fit is for teams that need more than a basic menu tree: CRM-aware routing, API lookups, queues, webhooks, recording and transcription access, and five listed integrations support connected call operations. The Custom plan extends this with white-labeling, a dedicated customer success manager, custom AI and voice cloning, and data warehouse export. Teams wanting visual flow design, speech input, and multiple automation paths should find the feature mix compelling. Smaller teams with modest call volumes can start free, while organizations needing predictive dialing, longer recording retention, or advanced analytics should consider the paid tiers.
