T2 Iris is cloud-based, browser-accessible parking operations software for teams running T2 pay stations, from a single downtown location to multi-site portfolios. It brings equipment status, collection thresholds, maintenance alerts, payment activity, occupancy, enforcement information and reporting into one view. Its fit is strongest for operators who need to monitor equipment and field activity across locations, rather than a system centered on parking reservations or permits.
Operational visibility is the product’s central strength. Teams can configure dashboards around more than 90 operational metrics, track collection thresholds, view maintenance status and routing, and schedule PDF or CSV reports. Multi-location and multi-branch roll-ups help consolidate activity across a portfolio. Payment reconciliation spans pay stations and mobile payments, while field enforcement can access occupancy, license-plate and transaction data. That makes Iris relevant where back-office monitoring and coordination with enforcement matter as much as payment activity.
