Administrators can moderate posts, use approval workflows, assign work and control visibility through private forums. Pricing is accessible for smaller teams. The Free plan is free forever and includes 3 users and 100 monthly email sends. Start costs $12 per user per month, billed monthly, with 3 users, 1,000 monthly email sends and 5 GB of storage. Pro also costs $12 per user per month and includes 5 users, 1,000 monthly email sends per agent and 10 email boxes.
