Substly is a SaaS management platform for small and medium-sized businesses that need visibility into software usage, licenses, costs, contracts, and renewals. It automatically discovers applications through Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, and browser-based monitoring. The platform also includes shadow IT monitoring, usage and adoption analytics, team ownership controls, notifications, reporting, employee offboarding workflows, and Microsoft 365 license optimization. It is delivered through a web application, browser extensions, and an API.
Pricing is divided between Monitor and Optimize. Monitor costs $105 per month with annual billing or $130 per month with monthly billing, covering automated SaaS discovery, shadow IT monitoring, contract and cost management, and renewal alerts. Optimize costs $210 per month with annual billing or $260 per month with monthly billing.
