SubcontractSuite is a construction CRM and contractor operations platform for general contractors, remodelers, and trade businesses. It brings lead capture, communications, quoting, subcontractor bidding, scheduling, payments, payroll, and portals into one system. Its AI receptionist answers missed calls, qualifies callers, and files summarized leads, while the unified inbox combines email, text conversations, and call summaries. Firms that coordinate subcontractors and want bid workflows alongside broader project administration are the clearest fit.

Pricing is structured around implementation and ongoing service. The Build plan costs $5,000 one time and includes services, price book, and contract setup; phone line, email domain, and calendar configuration; AI receptionist training; contacts and jobs import; and team training. The Care Plan costs $500 per month and includes hosting, security, backups, human support, continuous improvements, and the whole team without per-seat fees. This model may suit firms that want a configured system and continuing assistance, but the upfront commitment makes it less suitable for smaller companies seeking a low-cost entry point.

The product’s strongest area is breadth for subcontractor-heavy operations. It supports AI-assisted quotes and branded proposals with e-signature, subcontractor sourcing, bid collection and leveling, project tasks and budgets, client deposits and milestone payments, subcontractor payroll, 1099-NEC preparation, lien waivers, and client and subcontractor portals. That range can reduce the need for separate operational tools, but web-only access and the lack of integrations limit flexibility around an existing software ecosystem. Choose SubcontractSuite for centralized contractor operations and bid management; consider an alternative if native integrations, broader platform access, or a lower initial cost matter more.
