Our verdict on Strata CAD Suite

Strata CAD Suite is EMERES' computer-aided dispatch platform for 9-1-1, law-enforcement, fire and EMS agencies. It brings call taking, dispatch, supervision and incident management into configurable workflows, with forms and terminology tailored to agency needs. That makes it relevant to PSAPs and multi-discipline centers looking to coordinate emergency call handling and field operations in one system. The published platform options are Windows, iOS and Android, and deployment is described as cloud-hosted or private cloud with local survivability.

Its NG9-1-1 softphone is a central capability: it handles voice, texting, multimedia, recording, transcription and translation. Multimedia incident information can also be captured and shared, while operational dashboards and health monitoring support oversight. The mobile apps add rostering, unit status and location updates, chat, supplemental data access and disconnected operation.
