Records workflows cover case reporting, evidence and use-of-force, while mobile access lets officers retrieve case details, file reports and manage incidents. Additional modules include parking, courts processing and jail management, making the suite a fit for agencies looking to connect several operational functions rather than buy a single-purpose application.
The breadth extends into reporting and integrations. ARMS offers prebuilt and customizable statistical, UCR, NIBRS and Clery reports, along with automatic vehicle location and fleet visibility. Property and evidence workflows include chain-of-custody tracking and barcode scanning.
