SPOTIO is a mobile-first field sales execution platform for outside sales teams managing territories, visits, leads, and follow-up. It supports B2B and B2C organizations across territory-based industries, with tools for territory hierarchies and permissions, route planning, location-verified activity tracking, prospect discovery, pipeline management, and team analytics. The product runs on web, iOS, and Android, and includes DASH AI for visit preparation, voice and photo capture, and follow-up drafting.

Pricing is handled through sales rather than published plan amounts, and there is no free trial. The B2B Plan includes DASH AI, territory management, route planning, activity tracking, and CRM and calendar integrations. The B2C Plan adds offline access and performance analytics alongside DASH AI, territory management, and activity tracking. Custom plans cover customized mapping and routing, extended activity tracking, tailored integrations, and gamification. The pricing page states that plans require 25 licenses or more, while the site describes the platform as designed for teams of five or more. Salesforce, Zapier, Microsoft Entra ID, OneLogin, Acculynx, HailTrace, and SalesScreen are listed integrations.

SPOTIO’s strongest fit is outbound field sales where route efficiency, location-verified visits, and disciplined follow-up matter. AutoPlays supports automated email-and-call sequences, while in-app calling, texting, and email keep communications tied to field activity. CRM synchronization, dashboards, leaderboards, and Next Best Action extend the product beyond basic scheduling or visit logging. Teams should look elsewhere if verified order capture is central to their workflow. Smaller organizations may also find the license threshold and contact-sales purchasing model less suitable than a self-serve field sales tool.
