Our verdict on Spoteca
Spoteca is a browser-based management platform for tutoring centres and other lesson businesses. It brings scheduling, recurring individual and group sessions, attendance, invoicing, payment tracking, lesson notes, curriculum and progress records into one system. Student, tutor, admin and guardian accounts support different participants, while in-app messaging and a dedicated guardian portal help centres share updates with parents. It is aimed at small and growing centres, especially those managing active enrollments rather than relying on a large fixed software fee.
Pricing is the clearest differentiator. The Free plan costs $0 forever, has no time limit, and includes all features, including scheduling, group classes, calendar tools, billing and parent messaging. It supports up to 10 active students. Growth costs $1 per active enrollment per month and includes everything in Free, with no cap on students, tutors or enrollments; paused or ended enrollments are never billed. Scale costs $100 per month for 101 or more active enrollments. A 30-day free trial is also available.
