TuitionFlow is an operations platform for tutoring agencies, tuition centres, online schools, music and language schools, franchises, and independent tutors. It brings together term-time-aware recurring lesson scheduling, attendance, invoicing, Stripe payments, split-payment routing, tutor payouts, compliance workflows, portals, messaging, analytics, lesson packages, and online classroom integrations. Its UK-oriented billing and operational features make it particularly suited to organisations managing tutors, parents, students, and recurring lessons rather than isolated one-to-one sessions.
Pricing starts with Solo at £12 per month, billed monthly, with scheduling and calendar tools, invoicing and payments, parent and student portals, lesson reports, and 0% commission. Studio costs £19 per month and adds a leads and CRM pipeline, automations, assignments, advanced analytics, and custom branding. Agency is £39 per month, adding lesson packages, prepaid balances, API access, and priority support. Enterprise costs £99 per month and adds multi-branch locations, a white-label custom domain, SSO with SAML/OIDC, consolidated cross-branch reporting, and a dedicated account manager.
