Our verdict on Soultime

Soultime is a Christian meditation and prayer app for people seeking spiritual and emotional support through guided audio. Its library includes more than 200 meditations on stress, anxiety and sleep, plus scripture readings, music and sleep stories. Mood tools add a checker, ongoing tracking, recommendations and an in-app journal. The app is available on iOS and Android, making it a mobile option for people who want faith-oriented meditation alongside mood support rather than a general-purpose mindfulness library.

Its combination of spiritual content and mood features is the clearest reason to consider it. Recommendations draw on mood and Bible verses; a personality questionnaire produces a detailed report and recommended meditation course. Soultime with Friends can alert nominated contacts when support may be needed, while meditation activity can be saved to Apple Health. That mix may suit people who want reflective religious content integrated with their meditation routine. The Bible-centered approach, however, is also a boundary: users seeking secular or broadly varied mindfulness content may prefer another app.

Soultime is freemium, with some content available without a subscription and the subscription unlocking the full library. According to the official terms, subscriptions are available monthly, yearly and for a lifetime; the Apple App Store lists the app as free with in-app purchases. The app has an Apple Health integration, and email is a support channel. Choose Soultime if Christian prayer, scripture and emotional support are central to what you want from a meditation app. If you need a desktop experience or a nonreligious, general-purpose focus, its mobile-only format and specialized content make it a less suitable fit.
