It is oriented toward evaluating deals rather than running day-to-day commercial property operations, so teams seeking work orders, tenant portals, or property accounting should look for a product centered on management workflows.

The modeling scope is a key fit for acquisition and investment work: Solsten supports pro formas, annual and monthly operating statements, DCF analysis with IRR and NPV, tenant rent-roll timelines, lease recovery calculations, and exit scenarios. It also offers GP/LP waterfall and multi-loan financing models, 15-factor property risk scoring, and portfolio dashboards. Excel import can bring operating data into a model, while role-based access, page-level sharing, and an activity audit trail support collaboration. Saga, the AI chat assistant, is included with 250 queries per month on Starter.
