Softools is a cloud-based zero-code platform for corporations, public-sector organisations, and business teams that need configurable operational applications. It supports web application building, forms, dashboards, charts, drill-down reports, workflows, permissions, record-level security, APIs, CSV exchange, and audit trails. Applications run through a browser and support responsive, offline-first mobile operation across web, iOS, and Android. Its scope suits operational, governance, quality, project, and supply-chain processes more than small, single-purpose internal tools.
Pricing has a substantial implementation component. Platform Setup costs £9,000 one time and includes site configuration, user, team, and security configuration, plus administrator training. User Licenses cost £30 per user per month and include a hosted environment, data allowance and backups subject to fair-use limits, platform upgrades, and support. The Apps Incubator costs £12,000 one time and adds a three-day on-site workshop, app development to at least MVP level, and an app portfolio audit. There is no free plan, so teams should budget for both configuration and continuing user licenses before deployment.
