Site Search 360 is a hosted search platform for websites, web applications, and ecommerce stores. It combines semantic site search, autocomplete, faceted navigation, customizable results, content indexing, and search analytics. The analytics dashboard reports search activity, result counts, click-through rates, zero-result queries, and related performance metrics. Ecommerce features add product search, filters, product-feed integration, and conversion tracking. It is suited to small sites that need search analytics at a low entry cost, as well as stores that need product discovery and search performance reporting.
Pricing scales by plan and feature depth. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes sitemap indexing, a custom dictionary, a result manager, community support, and Site Search 360 branding. Columbo costs $9 per month and adds PDF, DOC, PPT, and XLS indexing, popular search suggestions, email support, and reduced branding. Holmes costs $49 per month, while Holmes Pro costs $89 per month; both add ecommerce search and search maps, with Pro also adding JavaScript crawling, Search Success Tracking, and YouTube video indexing.
