Simple Salon is cloud-based salon management software for hair, beauty, health and wellness businesses. It brings appointment scheduling, online booking, client records, point of sale, staff management and reporting into one platform. For marketing, it adds SMS and email campaigns, automated messages, client filtering, behavioral segmentation, loyalty points and rewards. Individual operators, small salons, larger teams and multi-location businesses can use the platform for daily operations and targeted client communication.
Its marketing depth is centered on connecting outreach with client and booking data. Salons can use email templates, automated messages, rebooking reminders and win-back campaigns, while segmentation supports more targeted communication. Loyalty tools, memberships, packages and gift vouchers extend the retention toolkit beyond campaigns. Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor integrations add connections to common marketing channels, and online booking can be placed through a portal and website embedding.
Pricing is structured across three paid monthly plans. Starter costs $20 per user per month and includes pay-as-you-go SMS with no new client fees.
