Our verdict on ShowingHero
ShowingHero is a hosted leasing and property-showing platform for property managers and real estate agents. It brings prospect scheduling, agent calendars, self-guided tours, screening questions, automated email and SMS notifications, feedback collection, reporting, listing imports, and prospect nurturing into one web-based service. It fits teams that need to coordinate showings across rental properties while giving prospects a way to view listings, schedule visits, apply, and submit feedback.
The published plans use either unit-based or active-listing pricing. The Per Unit plan costs $1.50 per unit per month, while the Per Listing plan costs $20 per active listing per month. Both plans include a fully customizable platform, syndication to 25+ listing sites, unlimited users, leads and showings, scheduling and showing automation, and self-tour showings.
