SeatChart.io is a web-based seating-chart planner for weddings, galas, dinners, conferences, venues, and classrooms. Its visual editor covers tables, chairs, walls, stages, and venue zones, while guest-list tools support CSV and Excel imports, grouping, dietary notes, comments, and seat assignments. Drag-and-drop placement and automatic group seating address both detailed planning and faster arrangement. Couples, event planners, venues, and other organizers can also share charts, print outputs, or provide guests with QR-based seat lookup.
The pricing structure is unusually accessible for smaller events. The Free plan includes the full design editor, templates and guest-list import, chart export, share links, and a QR seat finder.
