The platform supports web, API, and self-hosted use across SaaS, private and public cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Its intended audience is teams managing complex IT operations that need a shared view of infrastructure, services, incidents, and operational relationships.
The product is organized into several Skylar plans, each focused on a different operational need.
