ScienceLogic AI Platform is an AIOps and observability platform for enterprises, service providers, and public-sector organizations. It brings together hybrid infrastructure discovery, application and service observability, event and telemetry analysis, AI-assisted root-cause analysis, business-service mapping, configuration management, and workflow automation. The platform supports web, API, and self-hosted use across SaaS, private and public cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Its intended audience is teams managing complex IT operations that need a shared view of infrastructure, services, incidents, and operational relationships.

The product is organized into several Skylar plans, each focused on a different operational need. Skylar One Standard covers hybrid cloud monitoring, observability, event management, business service visibility, behavioral correlation, and 400+ integrations. Skylar One Advanced adds Skylar Automation, IT workflow automation, more than 100 workflow automations, and low-code custom workflow authoring. Skylar Compliance Standard focuses on network automation, configuration backup and recovery, change detection, auditing, reporting, and 100+ vendor-native integrations. Compliance Advanced adds high availability, appliance synchronization, automatic failover, backup, and business continuation. Skylar Analytics adds predictive alerting, anomaly detection, ODBC, and visualizations, while Skylar Advisor provides advisories, knowledge sharing, and a conversational interface. Pricing is paid, usage-based, and measured by managed devices or nodes; a 14-day free trial is available.

Its strongest fit is an operations environment that needs to correlate logs, metrics, events, and other telemetry with service relationships, then connect findings to ITSM and CMDB workflows. Integrations include AWS, Cisco, CrowdStrike, ServiceNow, and OpenTelemetry. Network configuration auditing and restoration add value for teams with compliance responsibilities, while automated remediation and AI-guided recommendations support incident-response workflows. The trade-off is scope: organizations seeking only basic monitoring may find the multi-plan structure and broad feature set more than they need. ScienceLogic AI Platform is better suited to hybrid infrastructure and service operations teams than to narrowly focused monitoring use cases.
