Its loyalty features make it a particularly relevant fit for new salons that want to encourage repeat visits while keeping appointments and client records in one system.
Loyalty campaigns are the product’s clearest differentiator. Clients can earn points through visits or spending and redeem rewards, while targeted SMS campaigns can be segmented by visit frequency, spending, or last visit. Automated birthday, special-day, and win-back messages extend the campaign toolkit beyond one-time promotions.
