Salesforce Revenue Cloud is a cloud-based revenue lifecycle platform for sales, revenue operations, and finance teams. It brings together product catalog and pricing management, product configuration, guided quoting, discount approvals, contracts, orders, subscriptions, billing, invoicing, and analytics on Salesforce. It supports one-time, subscription, usage-based, and hybrid revenue models, making it suited to organizations that want CPQ connected to downstream revenue processes rather than a quoting tool alone. Salesforce now refers to the platform as Agentforce Revenue Management, while stating that its core platform and capabilities remain the same.

Pricing is organized into two published annual-billing editions. Revenue Cloud Growth costs $150 USD per user per month and includes quoting and configuration, order capture, and subscriptions. Revenue Cloud Advanced costs $200 USD per user per month and includes everything in Growth, plus contracts and orders, consumption and invoicing, and AI and analytics. Salesforce says both editions require an annual contract and that pricing is subject to change. The tier structure gives buyers a clear distinction between core CPQ and broader billing, contract, and analytics requirements.

The platform fits teams already operating across Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Its REST APIs and prebuilt connectors extend connectivity to ERP platforms, payment processors, fulfillment systems, and data warehouses. That breadth supports a connected revenue workflow, but organizations outside the Salesforce ecosystem should account for integration work when linking external systems. Choose Revenue Cloud when quoting is part of a larger Salesforce-based revenue operation; consider a narrower CPQ product when the requirement is limited to product configuration and quote generation.
