Our verdict on SalesFleet

SalesFleet is route-planning software for field-sales teams in Europe and the USA. It selects due customer visits using cadence and priorities, then builds multi-day tours using real road data, appointment windows and capacity constraints. Alongside planning, it includes a built-in CRM with client history, territory management, calendar synchronization, visit reporting, arrival notifications and an offline-first field app. It suits independent representatives, managed sales teams and enterprises that need structured field execution.

Pricing is organized into Solo, Team and Custom. Solo costs €14.99 per user per month when billed annually and includes the cadence engine, multi-day route optimization, built-in CRM and client map, calendar and iCal sync, offline field work, and CSV/XLSX import with geocoding. Team costs €54.95 per month when billed annually, or €659.40 per year for 5 users. It adds manager rollups, territories, team calendars, live GPS, arrival notifications, book reassignment, and custom roles and visibility controls. Custom adds private API limits, SSO, SCIM provisioning, audit-log export, EU data residency, a dedicated success manager, SLA, onboarding, migration and training. A 14-day trial is available, and prices exclude VAT.

The product’s strongest fit is a sales operation that needs visit selection to reflect cadence, priorities, territories, time windows and changing plans rather than a one-off route. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Zoho connectors support common CRM environments, while webhooks and a REST API extend the platform. Offline local sync is relevant for field work with intermittent connectivity. Solo is appropriate for individual representatives; Team fits coordinated groups with manager oversight; Custom is aimed at organizations requiring deeper administration, security controls or tailored integrations. Teams wanting a free plan or non-annual billing should consider another option.
