Run Your Payroll is a cloud-based payroll service for small businesses, including businesses with one employee and teams paying both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors. It supports weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, and monthly schedules, and payroll can include hourly, salaried, overtime, and commission pay. Unlimited runs cover regular, bonus, and off-cycle payrolls, making the service a fit for very small U.S. teams that want straightforward payroll processing and employee self-service.
The two monthly plans separate processing from tax filing. Basic costs $19 per month and includes unlimited payroll runs and paystubs, an employee and contractor portal, retirement and health benefits management, and electronic W-4 and W-9 collection. It also calculates payroll taxes using federal and state rates. Plus costs $29 per month, includes Basic features, and adds federal and state tax payments, filings, and filing and compliance reports. The published plans show that businesses needing the service to handle those filings must choose Plus; teams that only need payroll processing may prefer Basic. A 30-day free trial is advertised.
