RSVPify is an event management platform for businesses, nonprofits, and event organizers running in-person, virtual, or hybrid gatherings. It brings registration forms, online RSVPs, ticketing, payments, event websites, email communications, guest-list management, seating, check-in, badge printing, reporting, and data exports into one system. Its feature mix suits conferences, fundraisers, galas, weddings, workshops, and other events where registration and guest coordination are central.

The published monthly plans start with Free, which supports up to 100 registrations per month, custom questions, and email invitations and communications. Starter costs $39 per month and adds 150 monthly registrations, seating charts, and advanced email communications. Plus costs $125 per month for 500 monthly registrations, event collaborators, event check-in, and capacity limits. Professional costs $409 per month for 1,500 monthly registrations, reduced RSVPify branding, form embedding, and advanced integrations.
