Rock RMS is an open-source church management and relationship platform for churches and faith-based organizations. It brings together individual and family profiles, groups, attendance, check-in, event registration, communications, giving, reporting, workflows, websites and mobile app experiences. The platform supports web, iOS, Android and self-hosted deployments, making it a fit for churches that want a broad system they can extend rather than a narrowly focused administrative tool.
The strongest case for Rock RMS is its functional coverage. Churches can manage group scheduling, volunteer scheduling, child and family check-in workflows, event forms and payments, SMS messaging, attendance analytics, giving, finance, pledges, benevolence, workflow automation and form building. Its ecosystem includes integrations with Twilio, Mailchimp, Microsoft 365, Planning Center, Pushpay, Subsplash, Eventbrite, Donorbox, Amazon S3, Cloudinary and Vimeo.
