Reviewflowz is review management software for businesses and multi-location teams that need to collect, monitor and act on feedback across many platforms. It aggregates reviews from sources including Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Booking, Airbnb, app stores and software directories. Teams can track new reviews, edits, deletions and owner replies, receive filtered notifications, publish AI-assisted or automatic responses, and display selected feedback through website widgets. Its audience is strongest where review operations span multiple locations, channels or internal stakeholders.
The published plans place Pro at $45 per location per month with annual billing. It includes up to 3 users, review aggregation and monitoring, AI replies with automatic posting or approval, email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, review widgets and Magic links. Premium costs $70 per location per month on annual billing and adds unlimited users, custom reports delivered by email, Slack or Microsoft Teams, sentiment analysis, review leaderboards, API access and advanced integrations.
