Our verdict on Reputr

Reputr is a web-based review management platform for restaurants, retail stores, salons, hotels, professional services, and other customer-facing businesses. It combines branded review collection pages, QR code generation, customer rating capture, private feedback, and routing to a configured public review destination. Customers can submit feedback from a mobile browser without downloading an app or logging in. Multi-business management also makes it relevant for operators overseeing more than one location or business.

Pricing is straightforward: the Pro plan costs $10 per business per month, billed monthly. It includes a review collection page, reviews list and analytics, unlimited QR code generation, review page customization, rating threshold and smart routing, plus review alerts and summaries.
