Rentroom is property management software for landlords and property managers handling residential, student, commercial, association, mobile-home, and self-storage properties. Its core payment tools cover rent, fees, and security deposits through ACH, bank-account, credit-card, and cash payment methods. Tenant portals and iOS and Android apps support mobile operations, while maintenance ticketing, applications, electronic leasing, communication, file storage, vendor management, accounting, and reporting extend the platform beyond rent collection.
