Our verdict on Reliant CAD/RMS

Reliant CAD/RMS is Enforsys’s cloud-hosted computer-aided dispatch and records management system for law enforcement agencies. It supports both single agencies and multi-jurisdictional teams, with configurable dispatch workflows, a library of law-enforcement reports, mobile access, and information sharing across agencies. The web-based system also includes CAD mapping, call history, incident pinning, and resident submissions for non-urgent events and overnight parking.

Reliant uses a contact-sales pricing model, so agencies need to work with Enforsys to discuss plans and costs. Its main value is breadth within public safety operations: dispatch and RMS sit alongside a Master Name Index, paging, UCR/NIBRS submissions, data export, analysis, and visualization. Additional modules cover alarm billing, tow rotation, and personnel scheduling. That combination can support agencies seeking one cloud environment for dispatch, records, compliance reporting, and related administrative workflows.
