RelationalAI is a Snowflake-native decision intelligence platform for mid-market and enterprise teams handling high-stakes operational choices. It lets teams model business concepts, relationships, rules, and constraints, then apply natural-language, graph, predictive, and prescriptive reasoning. Typical applications include supply-chain planning, risk, pricing, resource allocation, and network optimization. Scenario evaluation, forecasting, recommendations, and explainable impact analysis support decisions that need more than descriptive reporting.
Published plans use consumption pricing per Rel Unit. Standard costs $2 per Rel Unit and includes a semantic model and natural-language reasoning. Enterprise costs $3 per Rel Unit and adds an early access environment, query acceleration, and prescriptive reasoning. Business Critical costs $4 per Rel Unit and adds customer-managed keys through Tri-Secret Secure and private connectivity. Virtual Private includes everything in Business Critical plus complete isolation in a Snowflake environment. Rel Units are billed hourly, while actual charges depend on compute instance type and Snowflake arrangements, so budgeting requires attention to usage and infrastructure choices.
The platform fits organizations already operating in Snowflake: it runs through a Snowflake Native App, integrates with Snowflake and Snowflake Intelligence, and offers the Python SDK (PyRel).
