It brings together a Kanban lead-to-deal pipeline, AI lead scoring, WhatsApp conversations, property microsites, site-visit management, RERA registration checks, GST brokerage invoicing, commission e-signatures, referrals, and professional agent websites. The focus is practical: consolidate spreadsheets, WhatsApp conversations, and property-portal enquiries into an India-focused workflow.
Pricing is subscription-based, with a 14-day free trial and no free plan. Annual billing starts at INR 1,199 per month. The monthly Starter plan costs INR 1,499 and includes BrokerOS CRM, ShowUpAI site visits, a professional agent website, WhatsApp CRM, RERA Intelligence, and email support. Growth costs INR 4,499 per month and adds unlimited leads and deals, 30 active PropCards, an AI Sales Assistant, reports and analytics, and priority support. Team costs INR 8,999 per month and adds unlimited PropCards, unlimited team seats, bulk lead import, dedicated onboarding, and SLA support. The platform runs on the web and connects with 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, WhatsApp Business API, and 90MM. Its strongest fit is a brokerage that wants WhatsApp-centered follow-up alongside portal leads, AI-assisted prioritization, verified site visits, automated post-sale referrals, and operational tools such as invoicing and e-signatures. CSV, XLSX, and XLS imports support migration from existing lead lists. Teams that require a native mobile app or a free starting tier should consider alternatives with those capabilities; Realzent is better suited to buyers ready for a paid, web-based operating system for property sales.
