Our verdict on RealtyPA

RealtyPA is a cloud-based real estate CRM and property platform for South African estate agents and agencies. It brings together contact and lead management, a unified leads inbox, listing management, buyer-property matching, tasks, reminders, calendars and follow-up. Its property intelligence features include title-deed, ownership, transfer-history and valuation reports, while FICA and POPIA workflows address compliance needs. Mobile access is available through iOS and Android apps alongside the web platform, making it suited to individual agents and agencies that want CRM, property operations and marketing in one system.

Pricing is structured around three monthly per-user plans. Individual costs ZAR 299 per user per month and includes the full CRM, mobile and web apps, FICA and POPIA workflows, WhatsApp support and no office fee. Pro costs ZAR 499 per user per month and adds Property24 and Private Property syndication, an agency website on its own domain, an agency leads inbox, marketing templates and document generation; it also has a R1,500 per office monthly fee. Enterprise costs ZAR 799 per user per month, adds onboarding and office training, custom reports and feature requests, and carries a R2,500 per office monthly fee. A 30-day trial is available, with five property reports and no card required.

The platform’s strongest fit is for South African teams that need local property workflows, compliance processes, portal publishing and agency-facing tools. Integrations include Property24, Private Property, Google Workspace and the SA Deeds Office, while Blu AI can answer workspace questions and draft tasks or notes. RealtyPA is less suited to buyers seeking a permanently free CRM or agencies that need a broader integration ecosystem than the named connections provide. Individual agents can start with the lower-cost plan, while growing offices should weigh the per-user pricing and additional office fees against the website, syndication, lead routing and training features in the higher tiers.
