RealTeaCRM is a web-based CRM for real-estate agents, teams, and brokerages. It brings together contact and lead management, Kanban and table pipelines, calendars, tasks, reporting, lead scoring, automated action plans, nurture cadences, and transaction checklists. Lead capture can come from portals, advertising platforms, website forms, referrals, and CSV files, making the product a fit for teams that want customizable follow-up and operational workflows in one system.

Pricing is structured around three monthly plans. Individual costs $49 per month and includes one user, CRM and contacts, lead management, pipelines, calendar and tasks, and email integration. Team costs $199 per month for five users and adds team management, team reporting, lead routing and assignment, and shared team functionality. Brokerage costs $499 per month for 25 users, adding brokerage controls, brokerage-wide reporting, office and team hierarchy, and brokerage administration. Additional users on Individual are priced separately, while agent websites are paid add-ons rather than included base-plan features.

The product’s ecosystem includes Gmail, SMTP email, Twilio, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, DocuSign, Dotloop, Stripe, Zapier, webhooks, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs. AI features support lead qualification and reply drafting, while scheduled marketing content and social publishing extend the CRM into marketing workflows. RealTeaCRM is in beta and has no native mobile app, so teams that require iOS or Android access, property matching, or an included website should choose another option. It is better suited to web-first agents, teams, and brokerages that prioritize automation, routing, social activity, and configurable CRM processes.
