Our verdict on RapidiOnline

RapidiOnline is a cloud and hybrid data integration platform for connecting enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, database and business applications. It is particularly suited to organizations working with Microsoft Dynamics, while also supporting Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Workday, Dayforce, Stripe, Microsoft SQL Server and other systems. Teams configure field mappings, transformation rules, schedules and synchronization behavior through a visual interface rather than writing integration code. Web, Windows and API access are supported.

Pricing is structured across four annually billed monthly plans. Entry costs $335 per month and synchronizes two applications with master data synchronization and full support. Business costs $675 per month and adds integrations for two or more applications, customizable templates and no-code configuration. Enterprise costs $1,350 per month and adds CRM and ERP integration, multiple endpoints and hybrid deployment. Unlimited costs $2,800 per month and includes any endpoints, scalable integration and higher performance. Full support is included across all plans, while mandatory implementation is quoted separately for every plan.

Its strongest fit is Microsoft Dynamics synchronization that needs more than basic scheduled transfers. RapidiOnline combines pre-built Dynamics connectors with visual mapping, multi-step transformations, calculated fields, conditional rules, scheduled synchronization and event-triggered real-time synchronization. RapidiConnector supports systems inside private networks, and the hybrid synchronization engine can run on customer hardware. Failure monitoring, retry queues and alerts add operational controls. Choose it when Dynamics-centered connectivity, on-premises access or hybrid deployment matter; consider a broader iPaaS alternative when the primary requirement is a wider general-purpose integration scope.
