n8n is a node-based workflow automation platform for technical teams. It connects applications, APIs, databases, and internal tools through visual workflows with multiple steps, conditional branching, code, webhooks, and scheduled triggers. Teams can run it as a hosted cloud service or deploy it on their own infrastructure. Its feature set also covers AI workflows and agents, making it suited to developers and operations teams that need more control than a basic trigger-and-action tool provides.
Pricing is organized around annual billing in EUR. Starter costs €20 per month and includes 2,500 workflow executions per month, unlimited workflow steps, unlimited users, one shared project, and five concurrent executions. Pro costs €50 per month and raises the allowance to 10,000 executions, with three shared projects, 20 concurrent executions, workflow history, and execution search. Business costs €667 per month and adds 40,000 executions, self-hosted deployment, six shared projects, SSO, SAML, LDAP, and Git-based version control. Enterprise adds custom execution volume, hosted or self-hosted deployment, unlimited shared projects, dedicated support with SLA, and external secret store integration.
