Our verdict on Qwoty
Qwoty connects CRM and ERP systems across B2B quote-to-order workflows. Its cloud tools cover product catalogs, configurable pricing, quotes, approvals, contracts, e-signatures, buyer dealrooms and order creation. Mid-market and enterprise teams that need to manage commercial terms through validated orders are its clearest fit; it is less suited to buyers looking for billing and accounting in the same system.
Pricing is paid, with a 14-day free trial. According to the published plans, E-sign costs €15 per user per month with annual billing or €19 with monthly billing. Both include unlimited e-signatures, a contract editor, DealRoom templates, a product catalog, bundles and variants; API integration appears among annual-plan highlights, while monthly highlights specify CRM integration. CPQ Business is €225 per month annually or €270 monthly. It adds order management, product relationships, multiple pricebooks and catalogs, and approval workflows; API access is listed for monthly billing. CPQ Pro's published annual highlights include multi-workspace management, sales agreements, a product configurator, sales rules, a customer portal and dedicated support.
