Queryable is an AI meeting assistant and team knowledge tool for sales, project and engineering teams that need conversation context carried across connected tools. It captures Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, attributes speakers in transcripts, extracts summaries, decisions and action items, and makes connected meetings, chats, email, issues and documents searchable. Sales teams get pre-call account briefings, live key-term, objection and buying-signal analysis, draft follow-up emails, CRM notes and task-platform updates.
Its strongest fit is a workflow that needs more than meeting notes. Searchable answers include citations, while integrations span Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, GitHub, HubSpot, ClickUp and Jira. The Complete plan adds cross-source searchable memory, action items sent to a task platform, priority processing and integrations. Enterprise adds self-hosted and single-tenant deployment, custom integrations, SSO, audit logs and data residency for organizations with stricter operating requirements.
Queryable uses a freemium structure with Free Solo, WhatsApp, Starter, Complete and Enterprise plans. Free Solo includes individual use, transcripts, summaries, action items and cited questions across meetings, but it is currently unavailable for signup. WhatsApp supports up to 20 connected groups and includes conversation summaries and extracted action items. Starter focuses on meeting capture and search, while higher tiers expand connected-source memory, workflow delivery and enterprise controls. Paid plans may combine monthly platform fees with metered meeting hours where noted, so teams should review the plan mechanics before committing. Choose Queryable if live sales signals, cited retrieval and CRM or task updates matter; consider another option if broad native capture beyond its listed channels is the priority.
