Pulsara is a cloud communications and logistics platform for EMS agencies, hospitals, emergency managers and other healthcare teams. Its core use is coordinating around a patient: authorized participants can exchange messages, media, alerts, ECGs and patient information in dedicated channels. EMS teams can notify emergency departments, share ETA updates and coordinate handoffs.
