It brings together lead capture, CRM records, ownership, routing, escalation, sales pipelines, tasks, calendars, booking pages, listings, off-plan inventory, commissions and buyer-interest tracking. The platform also includes Propilot, an AI assistant available inside the CRM and through iOS and Android mobile apps. Its platform fit is a central strength for UAE workflows. Propwise supports WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook through a unified inbox, connects with Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle, and works with Google Calendar and Outlook. Lead pools, routing, escalation and automated follow-up support structured distribution, while AI features cover scoring, replies, valuations and follow-up scheduling. Choose Propwise if UAE portal synchronization, omnichannel messaging and real estate-specific workflows matter.
