Its reporting covers income, expenses, reserves, payouts, NOI, vacancy impact, and cash position, making it a focused fit for teams responsible for owner distributions and trust controls.

Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Starter costs $179 per month and includes core rent tracking, owner statements, and invoicing. Growth costs $329 per month, adding advanced reconciliation, trust controls, and role permissions. Enterprise costs $599 per month and adds multi-entity reporting, approvals, and dedicated onboarding support. There is no free plan.
