Our verdict on PropCon
PropCon is a cloud-based real estate CRM for South African estate agents, individual professionals, small teams and larger offices. It brings contact and lead management together with property listings, automatic matching, follow-up reminders, workflow automation, lead pipelines, funnels, reporting and mobile notifications. Agents can also create client and listing landing pages, import contacts and listings, and communicate through WhatsApp, email and SMS. The platform is available on the web and Android, with AI integrations including Google Gemini and OpenAI.
Pricing is structured around profile volume. The Standard profile includes full system access during the free trial, followed by a monthly subscription covering property management, contacts, matching, automation, reporting and the mobile app. The published price range is R100 to R200 per user per month, excluding VAT, depending on group size. Accounts with 3–49 profiles, 50 or more profiles, and 100 or more profiles receive progressively discounted profile pricing, with the 100+ tier carrying the lowest standard profile price. Admin or personal assistant profiles cost R50 per month including VAT, include full system and feature access, and cannot export data or load contacts and listings. The trial is described as one free month.
PropCon fits agencies that want their CRM, listing workflows and property matching in one system, particularly where mobile access and portal syndication matter. Its ecosystem includes Mailchimp, CMA Info, LOOM, Sudonum, Flow, WhatsApp, Google Gemini and OpenAI. The real estate website option can link listings, articles, collections and agents without limits or extra linking costs, but it requires an active CRM subscription and is billed separately. Choose PropCon if matching, follow-up, listing distribution and mobile notifications are central to the workflow. Consider another option if a free plan, included website, unrestricted assistant access or a more narrowly focused contact CRM is the priority.
