Pronto is a review management platform for businesses, franchises, service providers, agencies, and multi-location brands. It connects with Google Business Profile, synchronizes Google reviews, sends real-time alerts through WhatsApp, tracks ratings and trends, and supports AI-assisted or automated replies. Teams can approve, edit, or publish responses from WhatsApp, while customizable tone and brand instructions help shape the output. The platform is available on the web and through an API.
Pricing is organized around the number of Google Business Profiles and review requests. Starter costs $39 per month on monthly billing or $29 per month on annual billing, and includes one profile, up to 200 review requests per month, AI-generated reply suggestions, sentiment analysis, and email support. Growth costs $79 monthly or $69 monthly on annual billing, and supports up to five profiles and 1,000 review requests per month, adding AI auto-replies with approval flow, customizable tone and style, weekly reports, and priority email support.
