A construction-focused CRM with strong bid tracking, forecasting, and relationship management.

ProjectMark is a construction-focused CRM for general contractors, specialty contractors, and architecture and engineering firms. It brings companies, contacts, opportunities, projects, activities, files, tasks, and reporting into one platform. Its core focus is pursuit and opportunity management, with bid tracking, customizable pipelines, forecasting, relationship management, content management, lead capture, and team calendars. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support teams working across offices, jobsites, and connected systems.
The published plans show three tiers. Starter includes core CRM features, DataHub features, mobile apps, an Outlook plugin, implementation and onboarding, and email support. Scale adds advanced analytics and forecasting, expanded implementation and onboarding, email and video support, ongoing QBRs, and expanded enrichment credits. Enterprise adds custom implementation, custom data preparation, advanced training, post-launch check-ins, and custom integrations. ProjectMark uses contact-sales pricing, so buyers need a request-based evaluation rather than a self-serve purchase path.
Its ecosystem fit is a major consideration for construction teams. Integrations include Procore, Vista, BuildingConnected, Outlook, Gmail, Adobe InDesign, Public API, and MCP Connect, while the feature set also supports data import and enrichment, email synchronization, proposal assets, and mobile opportunity and task management. ProjectMark is a strong choice for firms that need a centralized view of pursuits, relationships, bids, and forecasts alongside construction software. Teams seeking a free CRM or transparent self-serve pricing should consider alternatives with those purchasing options instead.
