ProgramChamp is cloud-based music school management software for solo instructors and small-to-mid-sized lesson programs. It brings recurring private and group lesson scheduling, online family registration, tuition payments, student and family records, rosters, attendance, teacher schedules, invoicing, parent messaging, notifications, and reporting into one web platform. Its defining focus is structured progression: schools can track instrument-specific skills, grades, and levels while families follow progress through parent accounts and a dedicated portal.

Pricing is straightforward and entirely paid. The Starter plan costs $69 per month for the full feature set with an owner and three staff seats. Growth costs $149 per month and expands access to an owner plus 10 staff seats, while Pro costs $299 per month for an owner plus 25 staff seats. Each plan includes the full feature set, so the main paid-tier difference is staff capacity.
