Trio is cloud-based music lesson management software for private music teachers, small studios, and larger music schools. It brings together private, group, and recurring lesson scheduling with attendance, student records, lesson notes, practice assignments, progress tracking, billing, payments, portals, and messaging. Families can view schedules, pay invoices, read shared notes, track practice, and communicate with the studio. It suits providers that want scheduling and studio administration in one web-based product rather than a scheduling tool focused only on bookings.
The published plans create a clear path from solo teaching to larger operations. Free includes scheduling, attendance, lesson notes, a parent portal, messaging, up to 10 students, and one teacher, but excludes online payments. Pro costs $5 per month or $50 per year and adds unlimited students, Stripe payments, autopay, and automatic billing. Max costs $20 per month or $200 per year, includes everything in Pro, and adds multiple locations, connected AI assistants via MCP, and priority support. Enterprise is intended for studios with 15 or more teachers or multiple locations and uses custom pricing.
