Our verdict on Priority Matrix
Priority Matrix is task and project management software organized around the Eisenhower matrix, placing work into four quadrants based on urgency and importance. It is aimed at individuals, families, students, executives, small teams, and larger organizations that need shared visibility into priorities, assignments, deadlines, and workloads. Shared projects, delegation, due dates, reminders, dependencies, calendar views, Gantt charts, guest access links, and reports extend it beyond a personal prioritization tool.
The free plan is positioned for personal projects, students, families, and light use. A 14-day trial is available, while published pricing starts at 12 on annual billing. Pro adds mobile, Mac, Windows, and web apps, Outlook and Teams add-ons, and support for up to 100 projects. PM Collaborate adds unlimited projects, advanced reports, Gantt charts, user groups, and company branding. Business Class adds Microsoft AI Copilot integration, automatic user provisioning, dedicated training, advanced reports, and Gantt charts. Enterprise adds custom deployment options, API developer access, multi-factor authentication, and volume pricing.
Its platform coverage includes web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, a Chrome extension, and an API. Integrations span Microsoft Outlook, Teams, To Do, Planner, Outlook Calendar, Jira, Azure DevOps, Zoom, Zendesk, Google Calendar, and Apple Calendar, giving Microsoft-centered teams and mixed-tool environments several ways to connect work. The product is a strong fit when prioritization logic is central to planning and teams also need dependencies, recurring work, and workload reporting. Teams seeking only a lightweight list or a workflow built around a different planning model may prefer a simpler task manager.
