Its reporting includes quantitative and qualitative analytics, PR measurement, sentiment analysis and text mining. The service is cloud-based and accessed on the web, with email and phone support.
Published monthly pricing starts with Basic at €275, which includes online news and blog monitoring plus analytics. Standard costs €480 per month and adds a news archive, press release editor, media list and AI-assisted machine translation alongside online monitoring and analytics. Premium is €800 per month and Premium Plus is €1,250 per month; their listed highlights match Standard.
