Precise Visit is a cloud-based visitor management system for businesses, municipalities, authorities, coworking spaces and multi-tenant buildings. It covers visitor invitations, digital pre-registration, calendar booking, check-in, host notifications, badges, access control and evacuation workflows. Visitors can check in through an iPad, kiosk or mobile QR code, while administrators can manage visitor histories, data retention and multiple locations. Web, iOS and API access support office teams, site administrators and organizations coordinating visitors across several facilities.
Its strongest fit is an environment where visitor management needs to connect with existing identity, calendar and access systems. The listed integrations include Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace SSO, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, RCO, Integra, ARX, Genetec, Avigilon, Telcred, Tidomat, LenelS2, Acre (Feenics), Entryfy and Accessy. An open API extends the integration options. Precise Visit also supports temporary visitor access, visitor photo capture, badge printing, automatic email or SMS host notifications, analytics and automatic data deletion. These capabilities make it more suitable for controlled sites than for a basic reception sign-in workflow.

Precise Visit Go is for up to 20 employees at one location and includes hardware-free setup, Outlook guest booking, host notifications, visitor welcome email and a mobile visitor ticket. Precise Visit Pro adds multiple locations, centralized management and optional kiosk, badge printer, access and biometric check-in add-ons for organizations with more than 20 employees. Precise Visit Multi-tenant targets coworking spaces and multi-tenant buildings with shared infrastructure and separate tenant access.
