It combines a licensed administrative application with web portals for students, prospective students and public course registration. The product is aimed at organizations managing academic records, classes and registration rather than K–12 primary schools.
Its strongest fit is breadth within traditional school administration. The Enterprise Edition includes any number of administrative users, unlimited students, classes and instructors, product upgrades and updates, initial data conversion, and six months of unlimited support and training. The vendor also offers an annual support, training and upgrade contract with unlimited support, maintenance, training and upgrades. HTML5 browser access supports Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Brave, while RollCall Web Portals add student access, prospective-student access and public course registration. This combination suits institutions that want a central administrative application with browser-based access for selected users.
