PowerVista RollCall is school administration software for adult, vocational, post-secondary and professional education providers. It combines a licensed administrative application with web portals for students, prospective students and public course registration. Administrative teams can manage configurable student and class records, while instructors can record attendance, grades, exam results and tutoring hours online. The product is aimed at organizations managing academic records, classes and registration rather than K–12 primary schools.

Its strongest fit is breadth within traditional school administration. The Enterprise Edition includes any number of administrative users, unlimited students, classes and instructors, product upgrades and updates, initial data conversion, and six months of unlimited support and training. The vendor also offers an annual support, training and upgrade contract with unlimited support, maintenance, training and upgrades. HTML5 browser access supports Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Brave, while RollCall Web Portals add student access, prospective-student access and public course registration. This combination suits institutions that want a central administrative application with browser-based access for selected users.

Deployment and onboarding are important considerations. The vendor describes the software as installed on a computer managed by the customer, with self-hosted and desktop use alongside web access. Installation assistance, training, support and conversion from Access, Excel and CSV files can help organizations transition existing records. Email and phone support are available. RollCall should appeal to small, mid-market and enterprise education providers that prioritize established administrative workflows and configurable records. Organizations seeking a broader integration ecosystem or software focused on K–12 primary education should consider alternatives with that emphasis.
